Congratulations to film scoring instructor, Craig Stuart Garfinkle for receiving the 2011 UCLA Extension Department of the Arts Instructor of the Year Award! This honorable award is usually given to one outstanding music instructor annually. Mr. Garfinkle, along with other Arts department instructors and employees were recognized last Monday, November 28 during a lovely department lunch.
Craig Stuart Garfinkle has taught for UCLA Extension for almost a decade and has always received high praise from his students. Over the years, some student comments have been:
